Former VP for Sports Illustrated Asia & Global Hedge Fund Sales Associate.

Jacqueline, originally Swedish, was born & raised in the U.K. After studying Business & Japanese at Leeds University she embarked on a 5-year career in Banking & Finance in Hong Kong & London.

During her time in the City she became a keen advocate for health & wellbeing amongst her peers, developing a strong interest for the outdoors (trail running, mountaineering, triathlon & marathon training) as well as pursuing energetic healing techniques & advanced lifestyle methods (Ayurvedic medicine, Chinese medicine, Yoga & Mayr Clinic Nutrition). These experiences helped her to manage her day to day lifestyle which included a high-pressured work environment, working with some of the largest Institutions, Pension funds and Banks in Europe.

After studying the effects of health & wellbeing on job performance and seeing the direct benefits in her own career, she decided to embark on a health & wellbeing journey to help corporates like hers create better work environments for their staff. As the data suggests, improved staff wellbeing will help prevent work absence due to sick leave, lowering the cost health insurance payments and in turn raising the level of output & productivity throughout the company.

She furthered her education studying Integrative Medicine at the IIN school in NYC and Ayurvedic Medicine at the Yogayama Institute in Stockholm. She went onto develop her career, pursuing a path in Sports Entertainment and fulfilling her role as VP for Sports Illustrated in Asia. She spent 2.5 years working with Sports Brands in the Philippines & Hong Kong, as well as advocating her time in Sports Illustrated Asia’s Health & Wellbeing programs. She created her own Sports Illustrated Wellness Lifestyle digital media platform, and built a model around Health & Wellbeing for her clients through sponsored content & lifestyle events.

Throughout her experiences, she saw huge opportunities in Manila for many corporates starting to focus more on the wellness & prosperity of their staff.  Advocating healthier lifestyles and investing in their wellbeing, in return benefitting bottom line growth through increased production & sales.

Excited to take on the challenge, Jacqueline left Sports Illustrated in 2018 and focused her energy on becoming a Wellpreneur (A wellness entrepreneur). She has built a platform to create workshops & corporate events tailored to Entrepreneurs & Business Professional looking to optimise their overall health & business performance, creating successful careers for themselves.

She has worked with institutions & companies such as Jamie Oliver’s in Hong Kong, the British Embassy Manila, Kerry’s Shangri La gym, WeWork Manila and Manila House and is scheduled to conduct several workshops and corporate events tailored to corporate wellbeing.

Jacqueline is very focused on the prosperity of all her Manila based clients and excited to be part of the change which will take place over the coming years with regards to work/life improvements.
